Mindfulness is about being aware, in the present moment, non-judgmentally and was introduced to the Western world by dr. Jon Kabat Zinn in 1979 in the United States. Today there is enough scientific research about the positive effects of the regular mindfulness practice, that it is not a matter of belief anymore.

You can begin with a short workshop Introduction to Mindfulness to get a better understanding of mindfulness and see how it feels for you, or start directly with our
8 weeks profound Mindfulness Program to experience less stress and more balance in your life.
Alternatively you can do it in two stages - 4 weeks Mindfulness Step 1 with some basic mindfulness knowledge and practice; and then the advanced 4 weeks Mindfulness Step 2 to get the remaining teachings.
