8 weeks profound Mindfulness Program

     This 8 weeks program is based on the world renowned Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) that has been started in the US already in 1979 by doctor Jon Kabat Zinn with great results for the participants.

 

It is especially recommended for people who:

  • experience stress in their life
  • have difficulties to focus
  • have sleeping problems
  • are interested in personal development

     We are meeting in a small group of 8-15 people, once per week for a 2 hours workshop. Since it takes time to truly embrace new healthy habits, that is why the course lasts 8 weeks, during which we go deeper and deeper with mindfulness knowledge points and practice, so that your employees could fully experience the benefits.      NB! Skatteverket accepts Mindfulness as wellness (Friskvård), so your employees can use it as their wellness benefit.

Program details

PROGRAM CONTENT - high level: 
  • Mindfulness – knowledge points and practice
  • Stress management and prevention
  • Concentration and focus
  • Relaxation techniques
  • Communication skills and deep listening

 

 

PRICE includes:
  • 8 classes of around 2 hours
  • participant material with a summary of every class and a home practice
  • diploma for course completion (if attended at least 7 out of 8 classes)
  • statistics with concrete results gained by the participants (anonymously)
  • yogi tea, water and healthy snacks
  • 1 hour of personal Zen Coaching (only in the premium package)

 

Optional a powerful 1 day Retreat/Silent Day (Saturday or Sunday after week 5) dedicated fully to mindfulness practice (various types of meditation, yoga, body scanning) to deeply nourish the body and the mind. This for the additional fee. 

 

 

LANGUAGE:

Course can be held in English or Swedish – dependently on the preference of the participants.

About the teacher

Ela Kolodziej, qualified Mindfulness Instructor and certified Zen Coach, is passionate about human potential. After years of international career in business, she got interested in the area of profound personal development. She has done various meditation courses and coaching trainings in Sweden and India, and is committed to daily mindfulness practice

 

She has founded Inner Growth in Malmö and conducts group workshops, bringing the benefits of mindfulness to companies and to individuals – for   a more balanced and fulfilling life.
