This 4 weeks Mindfulness Program Step 1 can be taken as a first part of the 8 weeks profound Mindfulness Program or as a stand-alone basic course in mindfulness.

PROGRAM CONTENT - high level:
Optional a powerful 1 day Retreat/Silent Day (Saturday or Sunday after week 3) dedicated fully to mindfulness practice (various types of meditation, yoga, body scanning) to deeply nourish the body and the mind. This for the additional fee.
Course can be held in simple English or Swedish – dependently on the preference of the participants.
