PROGRAM CONTENT - high level:
Centrally in Malmö (near Malmö C)
10% discount for people in difficult financial situation - unemployed, pensioners and students.
If you are two you can get 10% discount each.
After paying the program fee, you can still change your mind after the first class.
If you then wish to stop, you will get the full refund deducted by 300kr.
Optional a powerful 1 day Retreat/Silent Day (Saturday or Sunday after week 3) dedicated fully to mindfulness practice (various types of meditation, yoga, body scanning) to deeply nourish the body and the mind. This for the additional fee.
If the group setup or schedule does not fit you, there is a possibility for an Individual Mindfulness Program - around 2 hours once per week in suitable time (classes one to one in English, Swedish or Polish).
Course can be held in simple English or Swedish – dependently on the preference of the participants. As it looks now - most likely in Swedish. However you will be able to use any of these languages freely during the workshops.
