This 4 weeks Mindfulness Program Step 2 is a continuation of Step 1 and together they are an equivalent of the 8 weeks profound Mindfulness Program.

PROGRAM CONTENT - high level:
Centrally in Malmö (near Malmö C)
10% discount for people in difficult financial situation - unemployed, pensioners and students.
After paying the program fee, you can still change your mind after the first class.
If you then wish to stop, you will get the full refund deducted by 300kr.
If the group setup or schedule does not fit you, there is a possibility for an Individual Mindfulness Program - around 2 hours once per week in suitable time (classes one to one in English, Swedish or Polish).
Price: from 10 000 kr (8 000 kr + tax)
Course can be held in simple English or Swedish – dependently on the preference of the participants. You will be able to use any of these languages freely during the workshops.
