8 weeks profound Mindfulness Program

     This 8 weeks program is based on the world renowned Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) that has been started in the US already in 1979 by doctor Jon Kabat Zinn with great results.

Tuesday, 23rd of August 2016, from 18.00 - 20.30
(8 meetings - every Tuesday until 11th of October)

We are meeting in a small group of 8-15 people, once per week for a 2.5 hours workshop. Since it takes time to truly embrace new healthy habits, that is why the course lasts 8 weeks, during which you will learn some practical tools to long-term improve an overall quality of your life. 


Centrally in Malmö (near Malmö C)



  • 2 000 sek  - for 8 weeks program without coaching
  • 2 400 sek  - for 8 weeks program with 1 hour of personal Zen Coaching


10% discount for people in difficult financial situation - unemployed, pensioners and students.




If you are two you can get 10% discount each.


After paying the program fee, you can still change your mind after the first class.

If you then wish to stop, you will get the full refund deducted by 300kr. 



Price includes:

  • 8 classes of around 2.5 hours
  • participant material with a summary of every class and a home practice
  • diploma for course completion (if attended at least 7 out of 8 classes)
  • yogi tea, water and healthy snacks
  • 1 hour of personal Zen Coaching (only in package for 2 400 sek)


Optional a powerful 1 day Retreat/Silent Day (Saturday or Sunday after week 5) dedicated fully to mindfulness practice (various types of meditation, yoga, body scanning) to deeply nourish the body and the mind. This for the additional fee. 



  • Individual 8 weeks Mindfulness Program

If the group setup or schedule does not fit you, there is a possibility for an Individual Mindfulness Program - around 2 hours once per week in suitable time (classes one to one in English, Swedish or Polish).




Course can be held in simple English or Swedish – dependently on the preference of the participants. You will be able to use any of these languages freely during the workshops.

About the teacher

Ela Kolodziej, qualified Mindfulness Instructor and certified Zen Coach, is passionate about human potential. After years of international career in business, she got interested in the area of profound personal development. She has done various meditation courses and coaching trainings in Sweden and India, and is committed to daily mindfulness practice
