It may require as little as one meeting with us to talk about your needs and agreeing about the practical details; and then sending one email to your employees about the pilot group for mindfulness course and asking if they want to be part of it. That is it!
After the course with the first group of 8-15 volunteers, we will do the results measurement, to see what the return on your mindfulness investment is. You will get the summary with concrete data - improvement in stress management, focus, sleep quality, communication and more. That will give you a clear picture if we shall continue with mindfulness and on what scale.
