Many of them hide underneath some of our unconscious beliefs ("I'm not good enough", "I don't deserve it", "It's not for me", etc.) that are limiting us in living our full potential.

We are offering packages of 5, 10, 15 or 20 sessions of individual Zen Coaching – for exploring person's dreams, Life Purpose, inner potential, limiting beliefs that hinder personal development; and supporting people in various life situations. All with confidentiality and in a safe, encouraging atmosphere.

Zen Coaching is for me about supporting people in deeper connection with themselves and their inner wisdom. Offering them welcoming space, deep, respectful listening and powerful liberating questions. Being with them where they are in their journey of inner exploration. During session I match the coaching style and methods to the clients and their particular situation, needs and preferences. I'm using the focusing method - inviting clients to sense into their body here and now to get in touch with themselves on a deeper level and to tap from the abundant resources of their inner wisdom.

Dependently on how deep you want to go or how complex your situation is,
we recommend you below coaching packages:
- 5h package if it is a single issue in your life that you want to explore.
- If you want to do a comprehensive coaching of your whole life situation, then 10h or 15h package is useful.
- If you feel really stuck in your life situation now, then 20h package should be the right support for you.
