About the Program

This 8-week program is based on the world-renowned Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) that has been started in the United States in 1979 by doctor Jon Kabat Zinn with great scientifically proven results

Our participants join the program:

We are meeting in a group of 10-16 people, once per week for a 2-2.5 hours workshop (in total around 20 hours + home practice), where we learn in an interactive and fun way practicing being more mindful. 

Since it takes time to truly embrace new healthy habits, that is why the course lasts 8 weeks, during which you will be gradually incorporating practical tools that will help you improve an overall quality of your life long-term.

Price includes:

Optional a powerful 1 day Retreat/Detox Day (Saturday or Sunday after week 5) dedicated fully to mindfulness practice (various types of meditation, yoga, body scanning, mindful eating) to deeply nourish the body, mind and soul.

Individual Program

Individual 8-week Mindfulness Program

If the group setting or schedule does not fit you, there is a possibility for an Individual Mindfulness Program – around 2 hours once per week in suitable time.

Classes one to one in English, Spanish, or Polish; can be done presential in Málaga or online.

You can also yourself organize a small group at your work or with your friends, that you feel comfortable with; and do the program at our Inner Growth Center or have us come to your place.

About the teacher

Ela Kolodziej, qualified Mindfulness Instructor certified in Zen Coaching and Rebirthing, is passionate about human potential.

After years of international career in business, she got interested in the area of profound personal development and holistic health.

Since 2012, she has done various meditation courses, massage and coaching trainings in Sweden, India and Spain, and is committed to daily practice. 

She founded Inner Growth in Malmö, Sweden in 2013 and conducts group workshops as well as individual treatments, bringing the benefits of holistic wellbeing and mindfulness to companies and to individuals – for a more balanced and fulfilling life.

From 2021, after moving to her dreamed destination – Málaga in Spain, she is offering her services in this region, and online.

While working with clients, she has at her disposal a broad spectrum of tools she has learnt during the years of personal development courses and therapy trainings she has done and practiced on herself in her own profound inner journey, as well as with her clients, among others:

  • Mindfulness Instructor training; in 2014, Sweden
  • Art of Living Meditation technique; in 2012, India
  • Vipassana 10 days silent Meditation Retreat, in 2014, Sweden
