Quality holistic massage to reduce stress and promote the well-being of our body, mind and soul.
It is recommended to receive it weekly or bi-weekly to prevent muscle tension and pain, as well as negative consequences of stress.

Massages, Pricing & Cancellation Policy
Massage is done at our Inner Growth Center in Montes de Málaga (10 min by car from Málaga city) placed in nature; and with a beautiful view.
The pick-up/drop-off service is available from Ziklo Restaurant in Málaga city, for extra 10€ (both ways).
Cancellation Policy:
- up to 24 hours before the session it is free of charge
- less than 24 hours before the session, the 50% of the price is charged for the last-minute changes, unless the replacement is found by the client
Contraindications:
- fever
- contagious disease
- under influence of alcohol or drugs
- vomiting or diarrhea
- cancer
- first days of menstruation
- if you currently have a major inflammation/ muscle contraction/ injury/ sprain, it is recommended that you consult your doctor or physiotherapist first.
Massage Service at your Office
It is very common among office employees to have shoulders, neck and lower back pains due to their work at the desk for many hours.
A regular weekly quality massage can be
a great back pain relief and a positive mood enhancer. A good and easy way to offer the employees an extra care for their wellbeing.
How does it work? It's very simple:
1) you put a reservation list in your office for a date agreed with us and confirm us when it reaches 5-8 people
2) on the agreed day we come to your office with massage bed and needed materials to deliver the quality massage service. That's simple!
