Massage is done at our Inner Growth Center in Montes de Málaga (10 min by car from Málaga city); placed in nature and with a beautiful view.

The pick-up/drop-off is available from Ziklo Restaurant for 10€ in total (both ways included).

Cancellation Policy and Contraindications

Cancellation Policy:

  • Up to 24 hours before the session it is free of charge
  • Less than 24 hours before the session, the 50% of the price is charged for the last-minute changes

Contraindications:

  • Fever
  • Contagious disease
  • Under influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Vomiting or diarrhea
  • Cancer
  • First days of menstruation
  • First trimester of pregnancy
  • If you currently have a major inflammation/ muscle contraction/ injury/ sprain, it is recommended that you consult your doctor or physiotherapist first.

Couple Massage

A beautiful gift of deep relaxation for you and your partner or a friend – be it for
an anniversary, a special celebration or just a sweet evening of a treat to cherish your relationship:

  • 2 relaxing massages of 1h 25min for 150€ – done one after another
  • 2 relaxing massages of 55min for 110€ – done one after another

While one is receiving the massage, the other one can relax on the deckchair at the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view over the nature, sea and Málaga city. Alternatively go for a nice walk in nature, just at the doorstep.

An Evening of Pure Pleasure

A deeply relaxing massage for both of you, and a healthy smoothie or warm infusion with a sunset view at our Inner Growth Center, in natural park of Montes de Malaga:

  1. Two massages of 1h 25min done one after another, plus a sunset view with:
    – 2 healthy smoothies –> 170€
    – 2 warm herbal infusions –> 160€
  2. Two massages of 55min done one after another, plus a sunset view with:
    – 2 healthy smoothies –> 130€

A Whole Day Experience:
Nature, Massage, Food

If you like NATURE, you can also make it a whole day experience – starting with a nice walk nearby the Inner Growth Center in Natural Park of Montes de Malaga, before coming for the massage to relax the body, mind and soul.

Another option is going after the massage, to a nearby restaurant for a tasty meal (mainly meat) – just 4 minutes away by foot: Restaurante Venta Los Montes or Venta Carlos del Mirador.

Massage for Groups at Your Location

It is also possible that we come to your place, be it a retreat or just a friends and family celebration gathering. The minimum reservation starts with 2 hours of massage (e.g. one massage of 1h 55min, or two massages of 55min each, one after another).

Our price list for massages applies + a travel fee, dependently on the distance from our Inner Growth Center. Contact us to talk about the concrete arrangement.

About the Massage Therapist

Ela Kolodziej, a qualified Massage Therapist and Mindfulness Instructor certified in Zen Coaching, is passionate about human potential.

After years of international career in business, she got interested in the area of profound personal development and holistic health.

Since 2012, she has completed various personal development and meditation courses, as well as coaching, alternative therapies and massage trainings in Sweden, Spain and India; and ever since is dedicated to share her knowledge, experience and skills for the well-being of people.

While working with clients, she has at her disposal a broad spectrum of tools she has learnt during the many massage courses and therapy trainings she has done, among others:
