On a scale of 1 (minimum) to 10 (maximum), how committed are you to showing up for all the live classes and doing the weekly personal reflection exercises and/or embodiment practice (around 15-30min/day)?

Have you ever experienced Breathwork, Hypnosis, Meditation or other type of deep healing work before? If so, let me know briefly which of them and how it was for you. (It’s okay if you haven’t, I just want to know your starting point.)

Is there anything of importance I should know about in regards to your situation? e.g. any severe mental illness or dissociative disorders; big life traumas, recent major operations still healing, etc.
